ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email after ordering and a tracking email when your order ships.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY
For United States orders, estimated delivery is 7–20 business days after processing. These estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs, severe weather, peak seasons, or address issues may extend delivery time.
TRACKING
Tracking may take several business days to begin showing movement after shipment. If tracking has not updated for 7 business days, contact us with your order number.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Please verify your shipping address before checkout. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins, and customers may be responsible for costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
LOST OR DELIVERED PACKAGES
If tracking indicates a delivery problem, email kenny@techtrend.solutions. We will review the shipment with the carrier or fulfillment partner. PanPure is not responsible for packages confirmed delivered to the address entered at checkout, except where required by law.
